FAQs
A few things to know before you start.
What counts as an eligible referral?
+
A new user must install and sign up for alloop for the first time through your link. AppsFlyer must attribute their completed registration to your link.
Downloads without signup, existing users, reinstalls, duplicate and test registrations don't count. Each eligible referral is counted once, up to your cycle's limit.
How much can I earn?
+
Earn $1 per eligible referral, up to US$500 per monthly cycle.
Top partners may qualify for a higher limit, agreed in writing before the next cycle. Otherwise, the $500 limit applies. Referrals above your limit don't earn commission.
When will I get paid?
+
Each monthly cycle runs from the date you first generate your link to the same date the following month, using U.S. time.
Within 5 business days after your cycle ends, we'll email your referral count and commission statement for you to review and sign.
We'll pay within 5 business days after we receive your signed statement and both sides confirm the amount. If you haven't replied or signed, payment is postponed.
How will I receive my payment?
+
We pay commissions via PayPal or bank transfer.
Can I have more than one referral link?
+
Each partner gets one personal link and a QR code for that same link. Enter the same email and social profile to retrieve your existing link. Contact us if your details have changed.
Retrieving it doesn't restart your monthly cycle. You can't claim extra links to increase your earning limit.
Will I see who signed up?
+
To protect user privacy, we don't track registration email addresses for this referral program. We use AppsFlyer to count eligible referrals attributed to your link. You'll receive only your eligible referral count and commission summary, without users' email addresses or account details.
When does the campaign end?
+
The campaign ends on December 31, 2026 (U.S. time).
How are referrals and commissions verified?
+
All referrals and commissions are subject to verification by alloop under the program rules.
Fraudulent or duplicate referrals are not eligible for commission.
